When choosing a potential employer, I consider several key factors:

• Technology stack and tasks — it is important that the technologies align with my interests and promote development.
• Company culture — how much employees are valued, whether there is support and opportunities for training.
• Growth opportunities — career path, training, participation in interesting projects.
• Working conditions — schedule, remote work, social guarantees.
• Team — how professional and friendly the team is.

For example, I prefer companies where code quality is valued and code review practices are in place, as well as opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues.
