What skills or tasks from your current experience would you like to develop or repeat at a new job?

In my new job, I would like to develop skills with modern Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring Boot and Hibernate, as well as deepen my understanding of multithreading and asynchronous programming. It is also important to review and improve practices for writing clean and maintainable code, including testing with JUnit and Mockito.
