What indicators do you use to determine your satisfaction with your current job?

My satisfaction with my current job is assessed based on several key indicators:

• Interest in tasks: How interesting and motivating I find my current tasks.
• Opportunities for growth: Whether there are opportunities for learning and professional development.
• Work atmosphere: Comfort within the team, support from colleagues and management.
• Work-life balance: How well the job allows maintaining a healthy balance.
• Recognition and rewards: Evaluation of my efforts and appropriate motivation.

If these indicators are generally positive, I consider myself satisfied with my work.
