What prompted you to look for a new job?

The reason I am looking for a new job is my desire for professional growth and new challenges. At my previous job, I reached a certain ceiling in development, and I want to work on larger and more complex projects where I can apply and expand my knowledge.

Also, an important factor was the desire to work in a team with strong specialists to exchange experience and improve the quality of solutions. Additionally, I value corporate culture and learning opportunities, which were not always available at my previous place.
