Assessing one's own professional skills and competencies requires an honest and objective approach. It is important to consider the following aspects:

• Technical knowledge: how well I master the Java language, frameworks, and tools I use.
• Practical experience: the projects and tasks I have successfully implemented.
• Learning ability: how quickly I acquire new technologies and approaches.
• Teamwork and communication: whether I can effectively interact with colleagues.
• Problem-solving: how I handle non-standard situations and errors.

For example, I can say that at the junior level, I confidently write code in Java, understand the basics of OOP, am familiar with the main libraries, but I am still learning to work with multithreading and optimization. At the middle level, I can independently design modules, perform refactoring, and write tests.

It is also important to be ready for development and to recognize areas that require improvement.
