How independently did you design solutions at work?

In my practice, designing solutions has always been a balance between independent initiative and teamwork. I independently analyzed requirements, chose architectural approaches and technologies, and also created prototypes and system designs.

For example, when developing a microservices architecture, I independently proposed using event-driven communication via Kafka to enhance scalability and fault tolerance. After discussing with the team and receiving feedback, I adapted the solution to the actual project conditions.

Thus, I not only implemented the assigned tasks but also actively participated in designing, offering improvements and optimizations, considering business goals and technical constraints.
