How did you evaluate the load level on systems in your last project?

To assess the system load level in my last project, I used several approaches:

• Performance metrics collection using monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) — I tracked CPU, memory, response times of services.
• Load testing with JMeter or Gatling to understand how the system behaves as the number of requests increases.
• Log analysis and tracing to identify bottlenecks and peak loads.

For example, I ran load tests with a gradual increase in the number of concurrent users and observed at what load level delays or errors start to grow.
