What makes a process truly Agile, beyond just frequent meetings?

True Agile is not just frequent meetings (such as daily stand-ups), but a flexible approach to development that includes:

• Rapid adaptation to changes in requirements and priorities.
• Incremental delivery of a working product with regular feedback from the customer.
• Self-organizing teams that make decisions collaboratively.
• Focus on value for the user, not on formal processes.

Frequent meetings are just a communication tool, but without a real change in the approach to work and team culture, they do not make the process truly Agile.
