How do you handle conflicts or difficulties within the team?

To resolve conflicts within the team, I try to first understand the essence of the problem, listen to all parties involved, and identify the root of the disagreements. It's important to stay calm and not take things personally. Open dialogue, where everyone can express their opinion, often helps.

If the conflict is related to technical decisions, it is useful to rely on facts, documentation, and best practices to find the optimal solution. In some cases, involving a third party — for example, a more experienced colleague or team lead — can be helpful.

I also try to maintain a positive atmosphere in the team to prevent misunderstandings from accumulating and to identify problems in a timely manner.
