What professional level is your priority for further growth?

For further growth, the priority step for me is to transition from junior to middle. This is related to the need to deepen knowledge in Java, master more complex architectural solutions, improve skills in working with frameworks and tools, as well as develop teamwork skills and the ability to solve problems independently. At the middle level, I will be able to take responsibility for larger modules and participate in system design.
