In my previous iOS development team, there were several key roles:

• iOS Developers — directly wrote code, implemented new features, and fixed bugs.
• Technical Lead (Tech Lead) — responsible for the application's architecture, code review, and technical decisions.
• Product Owner — formulated requirements and task priorities, interacted with clients.
• QA Engineers — tested the application, wrote automated tests, and ensured quality.
• Designers — created UI/UX mockups and assisted with visual aspects.

The team worked according to Agile methodology, with regular planning meetings and retrospectives. Each participant had clear areas of responsibility but actively interacted with others to achieve common goals.
