How do you see the development of your career and professional skills in software development?

Career development in software development I see as a gradual deepening of technical knowledge and expanding experience in creating quality applications. For an iOS developer, this means mastering new platform capabilities, learning Swift and SwiftUI, as well as understanding architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).

At the same time, it is important to develop teamwork skills, the ability to write clean, maintainable code, and understand testing. In the future, I plan to move to a middle developer role with the opportunity to participate in application design and mentoring.
