At my previous job, teamwork was organized using Agile methodology with Scrum. The team consisted of developers, testers, and a product manager.

Every morning, we held short stand-up meetings where we discussed current progress and potential obstacles. Tasks were assigned in 2-week sprints through a task tracking system (e.g., Jira).

Version control tools (Git) were used for collaboration, and code was reviewed via pull requests, which helped maintain quality and share knowledge within the team.
