How did users access the production version of the application at your previous workplace?

At my previous job, user access to the production version of the iOS app was through the App Store. After completing development and testing, we created a release build and submitted it for review to Apple via App Store Connect.

Once approved, the app became available for download and updates directly from the App Store. For internal testing and pre-release access, TestFlight was used — Apple's platform for beta testing applications.
