Which work format do you prefer — remote, office, or hybrid mode?

Work format preferences depend on personal circumstances and tasks.

• Remote mode offers flexibility, saves commuting time, and allows working from anywhere.
• Office mode promotes better interaction with the team, quick exchange of ideas, and a clearer boundary between work and personal time.
• Hybrid mode combines the advantages of both approaches: you can work from home when convenient and come to the office for important meetings or collaborative work.
