What do you prefer: to perform tasks independently or as part of a team?

The preference between independently completing tasks and working in a team depends on the situation and project goals. Independent work allows full control over the process and quick decision-making, which is convenient for small or well-defined tasks. Teamwork, on the other hand, provides opportunities to exchange knowledge, distribute responsibilities, and achieve more complex goals through joint efforts. In iOS development, teamwork is often required because the project involves different aspects: UI, business logic, testing, etc. Therefore, it is important to be able to interact effectively with colleagues, but also to perform tasks independently when necessary.
