Do you prefer to work on your own equipment or do you need equipment from the employer?

I prefer to use equipment provided by the employer, as it is usually configured for the company's tasks, has the necessary software, and ensures data security.

However, if there is an opportunity and company policy allows, I can work on my own equipment, especially if it increases comfort and productivity. It is important that the working environment is stable and meets the project requirements.
