Conflicts at my previous workplace, like in any team, usually arose from disagreements over technical solutions or task priorities. I resolved them through open and constructive dialogue, trying to understand each participant's position and find a compromise that considered the interests of the project and the team. I often helped organize discussions involving all interested parties and proposed prototypes or experiments to practically test different approaches and choose the optimal one.
