Are you currently working at a company or just haven't updated your resume?

As a rule, I always keep my resume and profiles on professional platforms up to date. If my resume states that I am not currently employed at a company, it reflects my current status. Otherwise, the resume may not be updated, but I try to avoid such situations to prevent misleading employers.
