Tell us about your experience at Wildberries: how you joined, what the team looks like, and why you are leaving.

I joined Wildberries with the goal of developing my skills in Go development and working on large-scale projects in e-commerce. The team was cross-functional, including backend developers, DevOps, QA, and product managers. Collaboration was organized according to Agile methodologies with regular sprints and retrospectives.

The work was interesting due to complex tasks related to processing large volumes of data and optimizing microservices. However, over time, I felt I had reached a certain ceiling in my development and wanted to try new technologies and approaches, as well as gain broader experience in other areas.

Therefore, I decided to leave to find new challenges and opportunities for professional growth.
