What was the largest amount of data you worked with in databases?

In my experience with databases, the largest volume of data I have worked with was about a few terabytes. These were data for an analytical platform, where logs and metrics from millions of devices were stored. To handle such volume, distributed databases and sharding technologies were used, as well as query and index optimization to ensure acceptable performance.
