Tell about the team structure — who is in it?

The development team usually has several key roles:

• Developers (various levels: junior, middle, senior) — write code, implement functionality, participate in reviews.
• Technical Lead (Tech Lead) — responsible for architecture, technical decisions, helps the team with complex tasks.
• Project Manager — plans tasks, monitors deadlines and communication with the client.
• Testers (QA) — check product quality, write tests, automate testing.
• DevOps engineers — set up infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment.
• Product Owner — defines requirements, priorities, interacts with the business.

In small teams, roles can be combined, while in larger teams, they tend to be more specialized.
