Why did you decide to change your employer now?

The decision to change employers is usually related to a desire for professional growth, seeking new interesting tasks, or improving working conditions. For example, I want to expand my knowledge in Golang, work on larger and more complex projects, and gain experience in teams with more mature development processes.

It is also important to have the opportunity to influence architecture and processes, as current tasks no longer motivate me. Overall, changing jobs is a step towards development and new challenges.
