Tell us about a high-pressure deadline situation you led. How did you prioritize?

In one of our projects, we faced a situation where we had to urgently release an important release with a tight deadline — just a few days. I led a team of 5 developers. To prioritize, I used the following approach:

• Defined the minimal necessary functionality (MVP) that needed to be ready for release.
• Broke down tasks into critical for launch and those that could be postponed for the next release.
• Conducted daily short stand-ups to monitor progress and quickly resolve blockers.
• Used a Kanban board to visualize task status.
• Actively communicated with the client to clarify requirements and avoid unnecessary work.

This approach helped focus on the main goals, avoid resource dispersion, and release the product on time without compromising quality.
