The optimal balance for me is between order and creative chaos. Perfect order is important for stability, predictability, and scalability of projects, especially at the senior developer level, where responsibility for architecture and code quality is high. At the same time, creative chaos stimulates innovation, the search for non-standard solutions, and flexibility in approaches.

For example, in a Golang project, strict coding rules and CI/CD can be used to maintain order, while leaving room for experimentation with new libraries or patterns to improve the product. This approach helps to work efficiently and develop.
