Team — how many people, what roles?

The team consisted of about 6-8 people, including the following roles:

• Backend developers (2-3 people), responsible for logic and API in Go.
• Frontend developer, who handled the client-side.
• QA engineer for automated and manual testing.
• DevOps engineer, who provided CI/CD and infrastructure.
• Team lead, who coordinated tasks and architecture.

This distribution of roles allowed for effective coverage of all stages of development and support of the product, ensuring quality communication and division of responsibilities.
