How did tasks come to you for work?

Tasks came to me through several channels, depending on the team process organization:

• Task tracking systems (Jira, Trello, YouTrack) — usually tasks were created by managers or team leads, after which I received a notification and could plan my work.
• Code reviews and bug reports — sometimes tasks appeared due to found defects or improvement suggestions, which I or colleagues documented.
• Team discussions — priorities were discussed in meetings or chats, and I took on tasks based on current goals.
• Automated monitoring systems — sometimes tasks were generated automatically when issues were detected in production.

Overall, the process was flexible but always with clear prioritization and transparency of task statuses.
