Why did you enter the market? What did you like and dislike about your current job?

I entered the market to find new professional challenges and growth opportunities. At my previous job, I enjoyed working with a team, solving complex problems, and implementing effective solutions in Go.

However, there were some aspects I would like to improve:

• Limited opportunities for career advancement.
• Insufficient transparency in decision-making.
• Sometimes lacked support in mastering new technologies.

Therefore, I decided to look for a place where I can develop further, participate in interesting projects, and work in a more open and supportive environment.
