Our team usually consists of 6-8 people, including developers, a team lead, and QA. We work in Agile with two-week sprints.

The development process includes:

Task distribution is based on specialization and experience, but we also try to give opportunities to learn new areas. This approach helps maintain a high level of quality and team engagement.
