Are you used to working in large or small teams?

I am used to working in both large and small teams, and each format has its advantages.

In small teams (3-5 people), communication and decision-making are often faster, with more responsibility on each participant, which promotes the development of versatile skills. This format is well-suited for startups or projects with a rapid development cycle.

In large teams (10+ people), there is an opportunity to more clearly distribute roles and specializations, which improves the quality and scalability of development. However, it requires more effort in coordination and communication, often using formalized processes and tools.

Depending on the project and goals, I adapt to the size of the team, trying to make the most of its strengths.
