Describe the structure and organization of your previous company's team.

In my previous company, the team was organized based on a functional principle with role distinctions:

• Developers (Golang): responsible for writing and maintaining services, divided into frontend and backend.
• Team Lead: coordinated tasks, conducted code reviews, participated in architectural decisions.
• QA Engineers: handled testing and automation.
• DevOps: responsible for deployment and infrastructure.

The team was cross-functional, with daily stand-ups and sprints following Agile methodology. Tasks were distributed through a tracking system (Jira). Interaction was active, with regular retrospectives and planning.
