How were the work processes organized in your previous company?

In my previous company, work processes were organized according to the Agile methodology using Scrum. The team worked in two-week sprints, during which tasks were planned, daily stand-ups were held for synchronization, and retrospectives were conducted at the end to analyze and improve processes. Jira was used for task management, allowing tracking of progress and priorities. This approach provided flexibility and quick adaptation to changing requirements.
