Interviews are an opportunity to assess your skills, learn about the market, meet new teams and technologies. It is also a chance to understand what is in demand and how you can develop further.

Personally, I believe it is important to periodically check your opportunities and open yourself to new possibilities so as not to stagnate and to maintain a professional level.
