Why did you decide to change your job? What are you looking for?

Often, changing jobs is related to a desire for professional growth, seeking new challenges and opportunities for development. For example, one might look for projects with more complex architecture, where they can apply and deepen their Go knowledge, or a team with more mature development processes and practices. Company culture and the ability to influence the product and processes are also important. Overall, I am looking for a place where I can bring maximum benefit and grow as an engineer.
