What roles did you perform as a team leader?

As a team sub-leader, I performed the following functions:

• Coordinating the work of team members, distributing tasks considering their competencies and workload.
• Ensuring communication between the sub-team and other teams or management.
• Monitoring deadlines and quality of results.
• Assisting in solving technical and organizational issues, conducting code reviews.
• Motivating the team, holding regular meetings and retrospectives.
• Participating in sprint planning and task estimation.

Example: when developing a service in Go, I organized daily stand-ups, tracked progress through a task tracker, helped with architectural decisions, and removed blockers for the team.
