Experience under the Labor Code (LC) involves official employment with a full social package, vacation, sick leave, and other guarantees. Working under a civil law contract (CLC) is a more flexible format, where the contractor provides services under a contract without employment relations, without social guarantees.

For example, in my practice as a senior Golang developer, I have worked both under the LC and the CLC, which allowed me to adapt to different cooperation conditions with companies and freelance projects.
