Did you work under an TK or GPH contract in your first company?

In my first company, I worked under an employment contract (ТК). This is a standard form of employment relationship, which provides official registration, social guarantees, leave, and sick leave.

A civil law contract (ГПХ) is usually used for one-time or project-based work and does not provide the same guarantees as ТК.

The choice of form depends on the company's policy and the nature of the work.
