Where are you aiming for development — in architecture, management, or coding?

In my development as a senior Golang developer, I strive for a balance between architecture and coding. It is important for me not only to create high-quality and efficient code but also to participate in system design to ensure scalability and support. Management is interesting as an additional direction, but I mainly focus on technical expertise and architectural decisions that enable the team to work more effectively and create reliable products.
