Self-assessment within the grades Middle, Middle+, and Senior depends on experience, depth of knowledge, and responsibility in projects.

• Middle — confident command of language and tools, understanding of basic patterns, ability to work on tasks of medium complexity, writing maintainable code.

• Middle+ — extended experience, ability to solve more complex tasks, optimize performance, participate in architectural decisions, mentor less experienced colleagues.

• Senior — deep understanding of the system as a whole, experience in architecture design, making technical decisions, team leadership, ability to teach and lead projects.
