• Technical stack and tasks. Interesting and challenging tasks, opportunities for professional growth and learning new technologies.
• Ability to influence. That my decisions and experience genuinely impact the product and processes.
• Work-life balance. Reasonable expectations regarding working hours, flexible schedule.
• Learning support. Opportunities to attend conferences, courses, and access educational materials.

These factors help maintain motivation and develop as a specialist.
