How do you assess your grade?

When assessing my senior grade in Golang, I consider several factors:

• Deep understanding of the language and its features, including working with goroutines, channels, and the standard library.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex systems with high load and performance requirements.
• Skills in code optimization and profiling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience in mentoring and conducting code reviews.

For example, I have implemented high-load microservices using Go, optimized database interactions, and integrated systems via gRPC and REST API.
