What did you dislike about the processes (in your old and current projects)?

In the old project, there was a lack of clear documentation and code standardization, which often led to misunderstandings and bugs. In the current project, processes are sometimes too bureaucratic: many meetings and approvals, which slow down development. I would like more automation and flexibility in processes to focus more on coding and problem-solving.
