If I join a team that already has ready-made microservices, my task is to understand their architecture, interactions, and business logic. After that, I can add functionality, improve existing code, fix bugs, and optimize performance.

An important stage is studying the documentation and code to avoid breaking the system's integrity. I also try to write new services or modules in the same style and considering common standards to maintain architectural consistency.

If there are suggestions for improving the architecture, I discuss them with the team and gradually implement them to minimize risks and avoid disrupting the system's operation.
