How do you see your development over the next 3 years: technical expertise or management?

In 3 years, I see my development as a combination of technical expertise and management. On one hand, I want to deepen my knowledge in Golang and distributed systems architecture to be a strong technical leader. On the other hand, I aim to develop my team management skills to effectively coordinate processes and help colleagues grow. This balance will allow me to bring maximum benefit to projects and the company.
