What demotivates you at work?

I am demotivated by the lack of clear goals and constant unstructured work. When tasks do not have clear success criteria or are constantly changing without explanations, it reduces productivity and interest. Also, the absence of feedback and recognition of efforts, as well as monotonous routines without opportunities for professional growth, demotivates me.
