I don't like the lack of clear requirements and constant changes without explanations — this complicates planning and reduces the quality of the results. I also dislike routine tasks without automation or process improvement opportunities.

I prefer to work in teams with transparent communication and clear processes, where code quality is valued and there is an opportunity to influence architecture. I enjoy diverse tasks — from performance optimization to developing new features, especially if they require a deep understanding of the system and a creative approach.
