In one of the teams, a situation arose where two colleagues had different approaches to solving a problem, which led to tension and decreased work efficiency. I decided to approach this constructively: I organized a meeting where each could express their arguments and concerns. Then we analyzed the pros and cons of each approach together, found a compromise solution, and distributed tasks considering each person's strengths. As a result, communication within the team improved, productivity increased, and the conflict was resolved without harming the project.
