What should definitely not be in the team?

The team should definitely not have:

• Lack of trust and respect. Without this, effective interaction is impossible.
• Ignoring communication. Lack of communication leads to misunderstandings and mistakes.
• Lack of responsibility. Everyone should be accountable for their part of the work.
• Negative attitude and toxicity. This destroys motivation and atmosphere.
• Lack of a common goal. The team should move towards a single goal; otherwise, efforts will be fragmented.

Example: if there is a person in the team who constantly criticizes without constructive suggestions and does not listen to others, it destroys team spirit and reduces productivity.
