Have you always worked as outsourcing/outsourcing?

This question relates to work experience and is not connected to technical aspects of Go. It is important to answer honestly based on your experience. If you have only worked in outsourcing or outstaffing, mention that and describe the projects and tasks you performed. If you have in-house experience, also share that.
