Where do you see yourself in the future — as an expert, Tech Lead, or architect?

In the future, I see myself as a Tech Lead or architect. I am interested not only in writing code but also in influencing architectural decisions, development standards, and team processes.

The role of Tech Lead allows combining technical expertise with team management, helping colleagues grow and ensuring product quality. An architect, on the other hand, focuses on strategic system planning, technology selection, and building scalable solutions.

I strive to develop communication skills, systemic thinking, and a deep understanding of architecture to eventually take responsibility for technical leadership and project strategy.
